If it’s a non-customised order

You can return your product to us at your own cost and we’ll be glad to offer a refund or replacement, however the product must be in an un-worn, re-saleable condition.

If it’s a customised product

Because all customised products are made to order, we will only be able to offer a refund or replacement, if there is a manufacturing fault. We cannot refund or replace due to incorrect sizes or fit.
