Availability

We do our very best to ensure that products listed on our website as available are in stock, but occasionally a ribbon or foil colour may be temporarily unavailable – we will let you know as quickly as possible if this happens.

Colours and Descriptions

While we make every effort to ensure our photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, sizes and colours are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

Errors and Omissions

We double check everything before we send it, but mistakes do happen occasionally. Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if there is anything wrong so that we can put it right. All problems must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please note that personalised items are exempt from the right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations and that we are unable to accept returns of personalised products.
