Delivery and Returns
Delivery
We deliver throughout the UK and to the Republic of Ireland.
Standard UK delivery
Delivery is free for orders over £10 and just £1.95 for small orders under £10.
Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days and sent by 1st class Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48, depending on the weight and value.
Express UK delivery – mainland only
£4.95 for all orders.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days with delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce 24, depending on the weight and value.
Delivery will be on the next working day after dispatch.
Please note that express delivery is only available for:
(i) UK mainland plus the Isle of Wight. It excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and all other islands.
(ii) for ribbon, banner and sash products. For foil printed boxes and stationery, please refer to the item for expected delivery times and contact us if you have an urgent deadline.
Collect in person
We are based in Warrington, Cheshire. Local customers are welcome to collect their orders in person free of charge.
Our office is open between 9.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
Your order will be ready for collection in 5 working days from placing your order (please telephone us if your order is urgent). Collect in person orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order.
Delivery to Republic of Ireland
£2.95 for orders under £10
£4.95 for orders over £10Orders will be sent by Airmail or courier, depending on the weight and value.
Returns - Personalised items
Please note that personalised items cannot be returned.
Incorrect or Faulty Orders
If for any reason any of the items you receive are damaged, incorrect or faulty or an item is missing, please telephone or email us immediately and we will arrange replacements. Faults and omissions must be notified within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation
Once personalised items have been dispatched no refund can be given unless the goods are faulty.
If you wish to cancel an order for personalised items prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer refunds on the following basis:
Order Stage Refund Not yet started 100% Artwork/text set up but goods not yet printed 75% Goods printed but not yet dispatched postage charge only
Returns - Non-personalised items
Incorrect or Faulty Orders
If for any reason any of the items you receive are damaged, incorrect or faulty or an item is missing, please telephone or email us immediately and we will arrange replacements. Faults and omissions must be notified within 30 days of receipt.
Unwanted items
If you do not wish to keep any non-personalised items you have ordered from us, please telephone or email us within 30 days from the dispatch date of your order. We will let you know how to return the items for a full refund. Provided the goods are received in re-saleable condition we will fully refund the price of the goods. If you are returning the whole of an order, we will also refund the delivery charge. If you are returning part of a larger order, we will refund the cost of the returned items only.
Unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves, you will be responsible for the cost of posting the items back to us and ensuring that we receive the goods in re-saleable condition.
Please do not return any item without first contacting us.
